Every couple has unique needs so it is my main goal to provide a unique experience. I love being by your side to help you before your wedding day. Having had a big wedding myself, I know even the smallest details are super important to you.
I make it my job to ensure that your wedding day goes as smoothly as possible. This may mean providing guidance along the way on things you may not know you need, from understanding family dynamics to knowing when to step in and guide.
You have worked so hard to make your vision come to life. Therefore, I approach the wedding day from my couple's point of view. What is important to you? What memories do you wish to re-live over and over again?

My pricing has been carefully structured to be as transparent and simple as possible. I have calculated my pricing based off of the following things: experience, time, equipment, and expenses.

I. The Inquiry
As you fill out the contact form, take a few moments to tell me about your day. I will respond to your inquiry within 24 hours.
II. The Consultation
We will meet to ensure that we are a good fit. I want to know all about your vision and we'll build a personalized timeline so that you can come to a well-informed decision on the collection that will best fit your needs.
III. The Booking
I will send you a proposal, invoice and contract. Once the retainer (40% of the total) is paid and the contract is signed, I'M ALL YOURS!
IV. The Engagement Session and Planning
If your package includes an engagement session, we will schedule that right away. As the wedding day approaches, you will receive helpful information and reminders to assist you in your plans. I'm always accessible if you have any questions. About a month before the wedding, I will send a questionnaire to gather all the necessary information to make sure the day runs smoothly.
V. The Big Day
It's here. At this point, I will know everything there is to know. All you need to do is take a deep breath, soak in every moment with the love of your life and have fun. I will be there helping document these precious moments, not only as your photographer, but as your friend.
VI. The Delivery
Expect some sneak peeks within a week so that you can share with family and friends. I will spend hours perfecting your gallery, so that you can cherish it and remember your wedding day for year and years to come. The full gallery will be delivered within 30 days.

FAQ
Where are you based and do you travel?
I'm based in Kansas City and yes I love to travel! If you want me to photograph your story, it will require a travel fee, depending on where it takes place. Reach out to me so we can sort out the details.
How much do you charge for travel?
I will add the travel expenses to the total cost of the package. I will make my own arrangements for travel and accommodations. This way, should there be any issues, you will not need to worry about resolving them for me.
What is your turnaround time?
You will receive an online gallery link with all your photos within 6 weeks from your special day. You can download all the photos from the gallery but also share them, choose your favorites, and also order prints!
How many images will we receive?
You will receive about 60 images per hour of coverage. I always choose quality rather than quantity and that's why I will choose the best and more significant photos to tell your story.
How do payments work?
Once the contract has been signed, I require a non-refundable retainer (40% of the total cost) to secure your date. The remaining balance is due 30 days before the wedding day. Payment must be received in full before any delivery of images. This protects both me and you.
What if we need to cancel or reschedule?
Sometimes, unexpected events happen and we must change the plan. I completely understand! I must be notified in writing at least 3 months before the wedding date. The retainer is non-refundable. For reschedules, the retainer is transferrable for up to 6 months of original date. If rescheduling after the 6 months, the new date will be subject to current rates and a new retainer will be charged. For cancellations made within 3 months of the wedding, any payments made will not be refunded.
What if you can't make it to our wedding?
Again, unexpected events happen to the best of us. If I become ill or other unforeseen circumstances arise, I will make sure that someone trustworthy and experienced can take my place at the wedding. I will still edit and deliver the gallery.
Do you give unedited photos?
Short answer, no. It's standard practice for photographers to not give out raw images. Editing is so crucial to photography; it is what gives the image life and what sets each photographer apart. The first thing you should consider when looking for a photographer is to make sure that you love their style.
Do you offer any discounts?
At this time, I do not offer discounts.
Can you photoshop us?
I do not do any heavy retouching aside from my normal edits. I do, however, remove blemishes and distracting background objects as I see necessary.
